Travis was born on August 5, 1985 and passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018.

Travis was a resident of Dallas, Texas at the time of passing.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday August 3, 2018 at Watermark Community Church in Plano, TX.
