Patrick was born on August 25, 1979 and passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017.

Patrick was a resident of Dallas, Texas at the time of passing.

Visitation will be held at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas 75062 on Wednesday, September 27 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Catholic Burial will be at Mater Dei Catholic Church, 2030 East State Highway 356, Irving, Texas 75060, at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 28, 2017. Burial to be at St. Michael Cemetery in Palatine, Illinois. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital or Mater Dei Catholic Church in Patrick's name.
